Patricia Pastor is the principal and founding member of the Law Office of Patricia M. Pastor, PLLC.  Patricia is known for her impassioned, trauma-informed advocacy and representation of survivors of rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment, domestic violence, human trafficking, gender violence,  race discrimination. and police abuse, and her zealous work on behalf of  immigrants, unaccompanied minors,  detainees, and incarcerated persons, 


Her decades-long commitment to fighting sexual violence is informed by her prior service in law enforcement where she was recruited by sex crimes investigators focused on child sexual abuse cases.  She also brings her work as a speaker and leader with national women's rights organizations, at U.S. borders, on the ground as an activist in her community, and on the streets of Washington DC.  


Patricia has won high-figure settlements for survivors of sexual assault and is deeply dedicated to the wellbeing of her clients and the successful resolution of their cases.
